Sophia Grace Brownlee just turned 16 and fans can’t believe how grown up she is. Her photos posted on Instagram show how she has grown into a beautiful teen in the past years.

Sophia Grace Brownlee was discovered by Ellen DeGeneres a few years back for her talent in singing, along with her cut cousin, Rosie, who would appear on “The Ellen Show” together for a duo performance.

Since then, she has risen to stardom, having over 1 million Instagram followers and over 3 million YouTube subscribers, where she posts music videos of herself. This week, the young superstar turned sixteen, and fans can’t believe how grown up she is.

Sophia Grace is an avid poster on Instagram, sharing photos of herself and stories of her everyday life. Recently, she shared a series of pictures of herself, in celebration of her sixteenth year on earth.

The first photo shows the young singer standing in front of a “Happy Birthday” sign and balloons, while the second and third are of her posing with the balloon-shaped “16” and a regular balloon with gold confetti inside, respectively.

The birthday girl dressed up in a white crop top, black high-waist jeans, a cap, and accessorized with a handbag. Fans were quick to like and comment the post, garnering over 177,000 reactions from her followers, and thousands of greetings through comments.

The 16-year-old’s music career is going well for her, up to this day, recently releasing her single “Why U Mad,” which addressed the social issue of bullying. She has matured in ways beyond what fans can imagine and understands how to handle different hate online.

Similarly, her cousin, Rosie McClelland has grown up to be a beautiful young lady with over half a million followers on Instagram. She is also a frequent Instagram user, posting her passion for fashion and music online.

The cousin duo was first discovered in 2011, after posting their “Super Bass” video by Nicki Minaj, which quickly went viral on YouTube, gaining over 53 million views. In 2013, Sophia Grace came out with her first solo single, “Girls Just Gotta Have Fun,” followed by “Best Friends,” in 2015, making the “Billboard Hot 100” list.

She signed with Capitol Records France in 2016, shortly after the release of “Girl in the Mirror,” her third single, which featured rapper, Silento.
