Tamera Mowry Debuts Goddess Locs & Fans Love It (Photo)

Tamera Mowry was a goddess in peach as she set foot on the red carpet of Sunday’s Daytime Emmys. The television star and Emmy nominee wowed with her beautiful hairstyle and lacy ensemble.

Television stars flocked to the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in California parading their glamorous looks for the annual Daytime Emmy Awards. And Tamera Mowry led the roster of celebrities who showed up looking divine.

GODDESS-LIKE

The co-host of “The Real” graced the occasion wearing a romantic strapless dress with a bodice resembling a corset. The semi-sheer skirt of her lace-trimmed ensemble graced her legs as it flowed gracefully past her feet.

Tamera’s ethereal outfit was completed by her long hair styled beautifully in huge dreadlocks with gold accessories scattered around it. A goddess she certainly was.

Fans also agreed. In the comments section of her post featuring her Emmy look, followers showered her with praises.

"Obsessed with this look on you!!!" one wrote, while another added, "These locks are made for you."

TENSION-FILLED

Though she registered beautifully, Tamera admitted feeling nervous in her caption. After all, she was a nominee for Best Entertainment Talk Show Host.

“Butterflies in stomach. The day has come! I’m so grateful to just be nominated for a Daytime #Emmy!”

She adds,

“Daytime #Emmy! @therealdaytime has been one of the most challenging jobs I have ever done. Daytime TV is no joke; 4 am call times, being vulnerable with your opinions so a few can attack you, but many can relate. I do this for you guys. We have a hard working team. Here we go!”

WELL-REPRESENTED

Tamera was joined that night by her husband Adam Housley who wore a blue suit with a pink pocket scarf to match his wife’s dress.

Also present were the “Sister, Sister” star’s fellow nominees and co-hosts Loni Love, Jeannie Mai, and Adrienne Houghton who also looked equally stunning. The ladies didn’t bag the trophy that night but they certainly would have won as best-dressed ensemble if there was an award for it.

FULLY SUPPORTED

One thing these four women could also be proud of is the strength of their bond. Despite rumors pitting them against each other, they surpassed this and proved their work relationship’s foundation is a solid friendship. For instance, in a January episode of their show, they shut down talks of a rift between them due to discrepancies in their salaries. They clarified that when rumors like this arise, the four of them communicate and make sure everything between them is okay. These ladies are proof that they are as real as can be.
