NeNe Leakes dazzled at the Kentucky Derby in a revealing bright yellow dress amid growing rumors that her marriage is foundering.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes stepped out at the Kentucky Derby and stole the limelight in a showstopping outfit.

NeNe who is known to be going through a difficult challenge in her personal life, dazzled at the prestigious event on May 4, 2019.

Like Ascot, the Kentucky Derby is as much about the fashion as the passion for horse racing, and NeNe dressed up for the occasion.

NeNe opted for a sunny yellow frock with a square neckline that exposed plenty of cleavage, and a split skirt that showed off her elegant legs.

The most striking part of NeNe's ensemble was her exotic fascinator, made of silk roses and surmounted by a butterfly. The veil shaded NeNe's face enticingly, and added a dash of Hollywood glamour to the outfit.

Even though NeNe's photos show her smiling and laughing, fans know that she is going through a dark time in her marriage to Gregg Leakes, to whom she has been married since 1997.

FACING THE BIG C TOGETHER

NeNe has been under a lot of strain since Gregg was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, and the reality star has been tireless in her support of her husband.

But Gregg admits that his illness has not brought out the best in him and that he has often been less than kind to his wife.

“I’m tired of hurting my wife who is only trying to take good care of me and wants only the best for me too. She deserves much more for her hard efforts and tireless hours spent on me. I pray to God to get it together… she’s done NO wrong… this is ALL on me. Cancer will change your life,” Gregg, 63, revealed.

The couple revealed that they are sleeping in separate rooms and seeing a counselor to work through their marital problems.

FIGHTING FOR LOVE AND GREGG'S LIFE

NeNe Leakes has revealed that the fight for Gegg's life has overwhelmed her, and placed an unbearable strain on what she admits was an already fragile relationship.

This isn’t the first time NeNe and Gregg have experienced troubles in their marriage, in fact, the couple divorced in 2011, and got back together on 2013.

While NeNe is still uncertain that the marriage might be saved, Gregg has been open about his hopes:

“The reward might not necessarily be that we are husband and wife at the end. The reward might be that we are best of friends at the end.”

NeNe and Gregg share a 20-year-old son, Brent. NeNe also has another son, Bryson, 29, from a previous relationship, and Gregg has 5 more children.
