Ciara Is All Dressed up with Mom & Grandma in Rare Family Photo

Ciara graced the VH1 "Dear Mama: A Love Letter to Mom" red carpet event with two of the most important women in her life, and the three beauties proved just how much they looked alike.

Mother's Day is coming up, and VH1 made sure to celebrate it early through their tribute which they called "Dear Mama: A Love Letter to Mom." The brightest stars attended the event recently, and Ciara brought along her mom, Jackie Harris, and grandmother, Gladys Stewart.

The event happened at the Theater at the Ace Hotel, where people were able to speak about their mothers and how they shaped the lives of their children.

Mother to Mother

While Ciara walked hand-in-hand with her mom and grandma on the event's red carpet, she was asked what one of her favorite memories are with her mom. She revealed that it was the time she shared that she was about to have a baby.

"Sharing with my mom that I’m having a baby! That’s pretty sweet. She was in shock. And it’s beautiful, and now I have two babies, and the shock never gets old for my mom. It’s a sweet thing to be able to share with your mother, and my mom was really proud and excited that she [was] going to be a grandma for the first and second time!”

The singer was also asked what the best advice her mother gave was, and she shared:

“The best piece of advice was [about] motherhood. When I was going to enter mommyhood, she was like, ‘Don’t worry. Everything will fall in place.’ That was really comforting to know because you’re so curious about this thing that you’ve never experienced before. It’s very foreign to your mind and your body, and with motherhood that is true, it just falls into place. You don’t need to worry about the process.”

While Ciara didn't bring her husband Russell Wilson or her two children to the event, they remain to be one happy family. Both Ciara and Russell always gush about one another on social media, documenting almost every special event that happens in their lives.

In fact, it may be a matter of time before the two of them confirm or deny whether Ciara is pregnant with her third child, as her fans have been speculating that she is pregnant because of her choice of clothing recently.

Ciara is almost always seen in tight-fitting clothes, but for the VH1 event, she had ruffles covering her body. This prompted her fans to flood her comment section asking whether she was pregnant with her second child with Russell.

Now, they'll just have to wait and see if the couple confirms these speculations.
