At 71, Evelyn is as beautiful as ever and has now lost an appreciable amount of weight, and is flaunting a slimmer, youthful figure.

Evelyn was a guest on TV One's daily talk show "Sister Circle," and wowed the audience with her elegance.

Evelyn rocked a striking outfit comprising a black top with a sash, and a pencil skirt in striking black and white stripes.

KEEPING IT LEAN AND MEAN

Evelyn, who has spoken about her healthier lifestyle choices, including her diet, appears to have lost at least 50 lbs.

"I am working on getting better at balancing everything that I love doing. I truly love to cook, so I’ve been trying to make some healthier meals. I’ve been walking more and staying active with my grandkids, which is what I love to do!" she said.

For Mother's Day, Evelyn shared her "best burger in the world" recipe with the "Sister Circle" audience, and her daughter Trina Braxton, who is one of the co-hosts.

The matriarch has 12 grandchildren and has now welcomed her first great-grandchild.

Being a mom is what it's all about for Evelyn Braxton, who has six children: Tamar Braxton, Toni Braxton, Traci Braxton, Trina Braxton, Towanda Braxton, and Michael Conrad Braxton Jr.

It's a full-time job, that keeps the spry septuagenarian on her toes, keeping the clan in line on the reality show, "Braxton Family Values," on WeTV, now in its 6th season.
