It’s been a while since Stevie and Joseline’s explosive relationship played out on “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” but the drama is far from over with these two.

BACK AT IT IN COURT

After they finally settled a messy custody battle last year, Stevie (real name Steven Aaron Jordan) is now back in court, seeking primary custody of two-year-old Bella and leveling accusations against Joseline.

In court documents obtained by Bossip, the music producer/reality star claims Joseline is keeping him out of their daughter’s life and won’t let him speak to Bella over the phone or be involved in her upbringing. Stevie points out that these are all violations of their initial custody agreement.

STEVIE'S ARGUMENTS

Stevie, 47, is also claiming that he fears for Bella’s safety with Joseline, 32, and asks that the judge appoint a “guardian ad litem” to represent the toddler’s best interest and report findings to the judge.

The “Leave It To Stevie” star argues that he is more financially and mentally stable to care for Bella, citing his home with new wife Faith Evans and his adult children.

Bella is Stevie’s youngest child while he has five other kids from four different women.

STEVIE'S REQUESTS

Now, not only is Stevie reportedly asking for primary custody of Bella, but he also wants Joseline to pay him child support.

A judge is yet to rule on the case, but news of Stevie’s filing has already sparked reactions from fans, mainly because he and Joseline have a much-publicized rocky past.

'DEADBEAT DAD' ACCUSATIONS

The self-acclaimed Puerto Rican Princess called Stevie out last September, claiming he had not visited their daughter in months and was not keeping up with his child support obligations.

“You guys [have] to realize that I’ve never had my baby for anyone other than myself,” Joseline said at the time. “Because when I got pregnant, I was separated; I was all by myself; I was a single woman.”

She added:

“I accepted and took care of my responsibility without a problem. And I took it upon myself to make sure everything that I did moving forward at that time was the best providing, no matter who was there. At the end of the day, I was going to make sure she was always good.”

In March, the model also accused Stevie of being a deadbeat dad while alleging that Faith Evans pays his child support.

VARIED OPINIONS

With Stevie’s latest legal move, social media users are divided in their opinions, with some bashing Joseline for allegedly cutting off Stevie from their daughter’s life and others coming to Joseline’s defense.
