Kody Brown Reportedly Slaps Back at 'Sister Wives' Meri's Cryptic Quotes

Meri of “Sister Wives” shared some quotes about “selfish women” on social media and Kody Brown, her husband has reportedly made a clapback.

Meri has been married to Kody for about 28 years now and you probably already know theirs isn't the typical family setting. They are known for their famous reality show, “Sister Wives,” which chronicles the life of Kody and his four wives.

At the moment, it seems there is trouble brewing between the women as Meri posted two short quotes on her Instagram story at different times. The first one is by Selene Kinder, the founder of “Empowering Women Now” and it reads:

"I wish more women realized that helping another woman win, cheering her on, praying for her, or sharing a resource with her, does NOT take away from the blessings coming to them. In fact, the more you give, the more you receive. Empowering women doesn't come from selfishness but rather from selflessness.”

The second is from Dr. Phil McGraw, and it reads that “not one bit of my self-esteem is tied up in your acceptance.”

The weighty words are believed to be a jab at one or all of the other women and Kody’s move sharing a cryptic tweet of his seems to attest to that. The patriarch’s tweet comes a few days after Meri's, and it suspiciously talks about “bitterness.”

Quite recently, rumors of Kody and his first wife, Meri's alleged fight became widespread. New reports claim that the father of 18 has been spending a lot of time with Robyn Brown, his fourth wife after paparazzi spotted his vehicles parked right outside her Arizona home.

Unlike they did back in Utah, all four of Kody’s wives have been living in separate homes where the reality star frequently visits each one of them for equal periods. If true, he is favoring Robyn by spending more time with her than the others, and many think this may be the cause of his feud with Meri.

“It appears Kody’s official home base is wife Robyn’s house. He didn’t go to another wife’s home for almost a week.”

It is also of vital importance to note that Robyn is Brown's only legal wife at the moment as he legally filed for divorce from Meri so that he could marry Robyn and legally adopt her children from a previous marriage.
