After undergoing a weight-reduction surgery last year, Tamela Mann worked hard to get even slimmer by living a healthier lifestyle. Now that she's lost 20 pounds, she decided to celebrate this by sharing a video on social media of her stunning physique.

A Happy Accomplishment

The personality shared a photo of herself jumping up and down as she celebrated her weight loss journey so far, holding up two oversized "2" and "0" balloons.

In the video, she urged her followers to lose 20 pounds as well, calling it "easy." This was in promotion of Weight Watchers, which offers multiple products and services that focus on weight loss, maintenance, and fitness.

Just like Tamela, her daughter, Tia Mann, is also focusing on losing weight. The mother-and-daughter duo is prioritizing healthy living to make sure they get to continue living the lives they live now.

Like Mother, Like Daughter

Like her mom, Tia also underwent weight-reduction surgery, struggling with this decision at first. Her hesitation came after her mom had such a bad post-surgery experience, so they were concerned that the same complications might happen to her.

However, Tia still went on with it anyway, saying that she's keeping it positive despite its potential risks.

“I’m looking forward to being a much healthier person. I’m not saying that I’m not healthy now, but I’ll be a little slimmer, a little healthier and won’t have to worry about the knees hurting so bad.”

Now that Tamela and Tia are in much better shape, it has been a lot easier for them to live their lives comfortably especially since they are a lot more confident with themselves.

Go, Tamela and Tia!
