Eva Longoria Throws a Birthday Party in Disneyland for Her Son Santiago

Eva Longoria seemed almost as excited to meet her son's favorite Disney character during an activity-filled birthday trip to celebrate the toddler's first year.

Longoria, 44, went all out for her son's first birthday by taking him to a Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. She gave fans an inside look into the fun-filled day via her Instagram.

In a two-picture post, Longoria showed her son Santiago's reaction to seeing Mickey Mouse in person. As she holds him up, the one-year-old reaches out to touch MIckey's large noise.

The second picture shows an open-mouthed bubbling Santiago holding on to Mickey's large paws. Longoria looks at her son and grins, clearly ecstatic to see her boy having such a good time.

The actress dressed her son in a white t-shirt with a picture of Mickey at the top and brown pants. As for Longoria, she wore a white top and pants with matching closed shoes.

She also had on some mouse memorabilia in the form of dazzling pink mouse ears. In the caption she wrote:

"Can’t think of a better way to celebrate my baby’s 1st birthday! Disneyland!!!! Thank you to everyone @disneyland who helped make this day special, but especially to this guy here, MICKEY!!"

Longoria also shared clips of her Disneyland adventure on her Instagram stories. As per the Daily Mail, one funny video showed Mickey giving the actress a kiss.

"My husband's going to get very jealous," she teased. In another clip, husband Jose Baston is seen holding his son. The little guy is clearly on the receiving end of an abundance of love from both parents.

Longoria was so thrilled that her baby had reached his first birthday that she shared not one but three birthday posts. In the first, she expressed her awe at how quickly her son's first year went by.

"When did this happen?!!! I have a one year old! Y’all he’s not a baby anymore, he’s a toddler!" she wrote. She called the past year the best of her life and said it was magical waking up next to and putting Santiago to sleep.

She added:

"Every laugh and giggle that comes out of your mouth and every smile that crosses your face has been pure joy! Thank you for choosing me as your mamá! I love you amor mio!"

The second photo featured Santiago by himself playing at a desk. Longoria gushed that there were so many posts taking over the year she simply couldn't put up just one.

In fact, since having her first child, Longoria has been eager to share the adorable tot with the world. At just eight weeks, she shared a picture of him behind the set as she shot ABC's "Grand Hotel."

"First day back to work and look who is my assistant director! Has a desk and everything!" she wrote. The picture showed a cute Santiago in a holder on Longoria's desk. He looked up at the actress with a heart-melting smile.
