Britain's 'This Morning’ Star Alison Hammond Reveals Slimmer Appearance in New Pic

Alison Hammond stunned fans with a photo of her recent weight loss and revealed that she is now a Weight Watchers ambassador.

Alison Hammond posted a photo on Instagram which showed how much weight the TV presenter had lost, and her fans were amazed.

Two months ago, Hammond, 44, had pledged to lose some of her 127 kgs, and it seems she is succeeding spectacularly.

The "This Morning" host had confessed that she felt embarrassed by her weight and has struggled for years to lose it.

Hammond then became a Weight Watchers ambassador in April 2019 and seems to be well on her way to achieving her goal.

In 2016 Hammond had lost 10lbs at a boot camp, and a decade before that, she had had a gastric band fitted.

Hammond posted a snap on Instagram that shows her slimmer face. The presenter is looking straight into the camera, with her long ringlets tumbling to her shoulders and framing her heart-shaped face.

After a lifetime struggling to get her weight under control, the single mother of a 13-year-old finally feels she's achieving her goal.

"WW is the only programme that works for me, with the Online WW Coach there for support whenever you need it, 24 hours a day," she revealed.

None of her attempts had had a long-lasting effect. For Hammond, the true answer is a complete lifestyle overhaul.

"I want my journey to empower others to think about making changes to their lifestyle to become the best version of themselves," she said.

Hammond's stated aim is to bring her weight down to 76 kgs but admits that achieving a body weight of 95 kgs would make her happy.

McCarthy recently lost 75 pounds after adhering to a ketogenic diet. The ketogenic diet is a very low-carb, high-fat diet that shares in which dieters drastically reduce carbohydrate intake and replace it with fat.
