Besides blowing audiences away with her amazing voice, Fantasia Barrino-Taylor also knows how to dish the looks, and her latest one is a throwback to our childhoods.

The “American Idol” season three winner took to Instagram with a photo of herself wearing a red mini dress made of faux leather that hugged her curves perfectly. A broad belt in the middle accentuated Fantasia’s waist, and the singer rolled up the puffy sleeves at her elbows.

'It turned out Fantasia pulled out all the stops for that performance, going as far as recruiting...'

The “Free Yourself” singer accessorized with gold jewelry, knee-high suede boots and a large pair of sunglasses. She rocked her signature short hair and showed off a bold red lipstick that complemented her ensemble.

“What happens when you let Little Red Riding Hood Come To NY and Play her Album for the whole Team,” Fantasia captioned the shot, reminding us of the fairytale we all loved as kids.

“Fantasia ain't been serving nothing but looks! For well over a year now,” gushed an Instagram user who added a blazing emoji in the comments section.

“Fantasia is HOT as summer!” chimed in another.

Fantasia’s show-stopping look comes after she delivered a breathtaking performance of her new single at the 2019 BET Awards on Sunday. Fantasia took the stage at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles and proceeded into a soul-stirring and heart-thumping performance of “Enough.”

The melodic soul track was accompanied by heavy guitar strings reminiscent of rock ‘n’ roll and thanks to the “Fantasia” effect, it all merged beautifully to produce a sound that had the audience swaying their hands in the air.

The crowd went wild towards the end when Fantasia’s band guitarist joined her center stage and dropped to her knees as the singer hit a high note.

It turned out Fantasia pulled out all the stops for that performance, going as far as recruiting the legendary Anita Baker “to critique the sound quality” at rehearsals, Page Six reports.

The Grammy winner dedicated that performance to her brother, Xavier Barrino, who is recovering after being in a motorcycle accident in September 2017.

“[Xavier] had his last surgery, and I believe this is when he'll get up and walk,” Fantasia said before hitting the stage. “So I'm dedicating my performance to him tonight. I think [it'll make me emotional] and it's going to make me sang. Not sing, but sang.”
