Christy filed for an annulment of the union on June 21.

According to The Blast, during their marriage, Christy alleges that Todd only slept with her once, and that was when he spent $100,000 without her knowing.

She explained that the only reason Todd popped the question was to milk her of her money. However, she didn't know this until after their split when she began clearing out the house.

"Todd knew the effect this show would have on the Little people community and intended on riding my celebrity status and defrauding me out of money, she said."

The pair met on Facebook, according to Christy, and Todd told her he was in the banking business.

While they were dating, Todd promised her that he would get a job when they moved to California. Unfortunately, that never happened as he stayed unemployed throughout their marriage.

Christy, who alleges her ex is a fraud got an annulment so that she can prove her accusations against Todd.

The 41-year-old revealed that her ex-husband applied for unemployment compensation under her name and then received the funds without her knowing about it. Also, he destroyed her tax information.

Christy has been taking measures to do away with Todd completely as she recently got a restraining order against him.

As revealed by The Blast, Christy said that when she told Todd that they needed to separate, he became aggressive towards her. She claimed he yelled and threatened her, and even went as far as harassing her online by posting about their relationship on Instagram.

Todd was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Christy and her teenage daughter Autumn. Also, he was instructed to move out of their home in Santa Clarita.

Christy and Todd have been married since 2014. Irrespective of the years spent together; Christy would rather have an annulment instead of a divorce.

Christy and Todd never had kids together during the course of their marriage.
