Nicole Kidman Turns Heads in Italy at the Taormina Film Festival
The award-winning actress was present at the film festival, where she received an accolade and took part in a masterclass about film, as well as showcasing her impeccable taste in fashion.
52-year-old Nicole Kidman visited Sicily, in Italy, in time for the 65th edition of the Taormina Film Festival on July 1, clearly enjoying the seaside and the recognition from the industry she has devoted her life to.
Kidman’s bright fuchsia dress was her most remarkable fashion choice during her participation in the event, with all eyes focusing on her thanks to the bright-colored outfit and her age-defying figure.
She later donned an elegant white maxi dress with a long slit to one side, which made her long and slender legs stand out, as she took to the stage to receive the Taormina Arte Award for her achievements in film.
The “The Hours” star was wearing a floral print day dress earlier, as she took part in a masterclass on which she discussed the current status of the film world as part of the festival “In conversation with” feature.
The Australian-American arrived at Italy just one day after attending the wedding of her 30-year-old “Big Little Lies” co-star Zoe Kravitz in Paris in an intimate ceremony.
Zoe, daughter of rock and roll musician Lenny Kravitz, 55, and his former wife Lisa Bonet, 51, tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend fellow actor Karl Glusman, 31.
Witnessing Zoe making her vows with Glusman must have brought good memories for Kidman, who recently arrived at the 13th anniversary of her own wedding to 51-year-old country singer Keith Urban.
Both Kidman and Urban took to their respective Instagram accounts to commemorate the occasion.
“Thirteen years of magic, music, romance, wild adventures, and the ongoing discovery of pure love. Happy Anniversary Babygirl,” Urban captioned a photo of the couple.
“Love. Happy Anniversary Baby,” Kidman simply captioned another picture of the two that shows Urban lovingly kissing her forehead.
Kidman and Urban married in 2006 in Australia, merely a year after meeting for the first time. They went on to have daughters Sunday Rose, 10, and Faith Margaret, 8.
The actress also shares daughter Isabella, 26, and son Connor, 24, with her former husband actor Tom Cruise,56, from whom she divorced in 2001.
