First, she revealed on a red carpet interview with Extra that she would be expecting her second child with Michael Sterling. Then she further talked about the sex of the child. She stated that she hadn't even shared that piece of information with anyone yet.

The on-screen diva also talked about how her daughter, Marley Rae McCall, is taking the news of a baby brother, describing her daughter's countenance as "stressed." She explained that she had to reassure little Marley of her position.
