Donald Trump Congratulates Son Eric on the Birth of His Second Child

Eric Trump and his wife welcomed their second child on Monday night. His father, President Donald Trump took to social media to congratulate them and welcome the baby girl.

Eric Trump, 35, took to social media to announce that he and his wife, Lara Trump, 36, had welcomed their second child. He wrote: “@LaraLeaTrump and I are excited to welcome Carolina Dorothy Trump into the world. We love you already!”

The father of two shared an adorable image of baby Carolina swaddled in a blanket and wearing a white hand. Eric could be seen looking at his newborn baby girl.

President Donald Trump congratulated his son and daughter-in-law by writing on Instagram: “CONGRATULATIONS @EricTrump and @LaraLeaTrump, on the birth of Carolina Dorothy Trump. So proud!” He included a picture shared by Lara that featured the family of four.

Lara and Eric are already parents to Eric “Luke” Trump, who will be 2-years-old next month. Over the image of the family, the president wrote: “Welcome to team Trump Carolina.”

The little girl is the president’s 10th grandchild. Eric’s older brother, Donald Trump Jr., has five children with his ex-wife Vanessa, while their sister Ivanka Trump has three with husband Jared Kushner.

Ivanka, 37, also congratulated the coupe via a tweet. On Tuesday, she wrote: “We love you Lara, Eric, (big brother) Luke and sweet Carolina!”

Lara announced the birth of her child on her own Instagram. She wrote: “Family of FOUR!” and included a family picture that also featured their oldest child.

In April, Lara announced that she and her husband were expecting their second child with a post on social media. She shared a collage of three images featuring her family of three with their two dogs.

Eric’s wife captioned her post: “Baby number two coming this August!” She also revealed that all “the boys are excited to become big brothers!”

In 2014, Eric and Lara got married at the Trumps’ Mar-a-Lago Club in Florida after dating for six years.

The president shares Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric with his ex-wife Ivana Trump. They all serve as executive vice presidents at the Trump Organization which is New York-based.

Tiffany Trump is Donald's only child with ex-wife Marla Maples. His youngest child is Barron Trump whom he shares with current wife, Melania Trump.
