A spokesperson for Todd and Julie Chrisley clarified that the property which was currently listed is not their Nashville home. Instead, it is another property that they always wanted to sell.

“They’re not selling their Nashville home,” the spokesperson declared before adding that the house that is on sale was bought to renovate and resale.

IT WAS ALWAYS MEANT TO BE SOLD

“As viewers of this year’s show will know, the property for sale is a speculation house they bought to renovate and flip.”

The couple allegedly bought the house for around $3.4 million and is now listed with Sotheby’s International Realty.

Meanwhile, Zillow confirms that the reality stars’ 13,279-square-feet-mansion located at Brentwood was purchased in April. The house boasts 6 beds and 10 baths.

LEGAL TURMOIL

Todd and Julie are currently in the thick of a legal battle after they were indicted by a grand jury for charges including tax evasion, wire fraud, and conspiracy bank fraud.

NOT GUILTY?

Following the charges, Todd and Julie turned themselves in and, hours later, pleaded not guilty. Bruce H. Morris and Stephen Friedberg, the attorneys for the family, claimed:

“The allegations contained in the indictment are based on complete falsehoods. The Chrisleys are innocent of all charges.”

Earlier this month, Todd also penned a heartfelt post on Instagram to claim his innocence to his fans and followers.

He further expressed his gratitude toward his fans and followers for their love and support.
