Future’s Alleged Baby Mama Reportedly Files a Paternity Suit against Him

The mother of Future's alleged seventh child who accused him of placing a bounty on her head has taken him to court. She claims he ghosted her when their daughter was born and is now suing for child support.

Future is possibly a dad for the seventh time if a paternity suit against him proves he fathered a daughter in April.

FUTURE SUED FOR CHILD SUPPORT

Eliza Seraphin, the mother of 4-month-old Reign Wilburn filed documents in court accusing the rapper of ghosting her and demanding child support. According to the Haitian model, Future disappeared from her life shortly after she gave birth on April 19 following two years of seeing each other on and off. She also claimed he threatened her life and her daughter’s when he learned she refused to have an abortion.

“NO LIE, RIGHT HAND ON THE BIBLE, shortly after that day, I got a call from someone telling me to “be careful I heard Future want yo head,” she wrote.

In court documents filed in Broward County and obtained by TMZ, Seraphin, who goes by the name Eliza Reign on Instagram wants the judge to declare Future as the father of her child. She’s also seeking at least $100,000 from the recording artist to pay for the expenses she incurred during her pregnancy and after she gave birth.

Seraphin further stated that she stopped working since she was five months pregnant and even sold her car to support her and their unborn child. When she realized Future made empty promises to her, she decided to take him to court.

WHEN FUTURE THREATENED HER LIFE

Back in November, Seraphin publicized her fears after learning Future allegedly put a bounty on her head. In a lengthy post on social media which was taken down by Instagram, she recounted how Future threatened her life when she decided to go against his wishes to terminate her pregnancy.

At the time of Seraphin’s pregnancy, Future’s other baby mama, Joie Chavis was also carrying his sixth child, his son Hendrix who was born in December.

“NO LIE, RIGHT HAND ON THE BIBLE, shortly after that day, I got a call from someone telling me to “be careful I heard Future want yo head,” she wrote.

She also recalled learning of the amount put up for her death and it scared her.

“It’s sad to think a person I laid up with for years would put a price tag/ value on my death and THE DEATH OF THEIR UNBORN CHILD,” she added.

ON BEING GHOSTED

This week, Seraphin gave an update on her Instagram stories regarding her decision to take Future to court.

"He [Future] came back around. We got cool. Hashed out the past. He made promises. Then disappeared again. I'm not running no n***a down to do what he's supposed to do. So I finally decided to let the courts chase him instead."

At the time of Seraphin’s pregnancy, Future’s other baby mama, Joie Chavis was also carrying his sixth child, his son Hendrix who was born in December. Eliza Reign is possibly his seventh if proven that he indeed is her father.
