Blue Bloods' Amy Carlson Posts Pics of Her 'Sweetest' Son on His 10th Birthday

Amy Carlson's son turns 10-years-old. The proud mother shares a sweet message celebrating him reaching ‘double digits.’

Amy Carlson is best known for her role as Linda Reagan on the hit show, “Blue Bloods.” She played the wife to Danny Reagan, played by Donnie Wahlberg. Carlson’s left the show when he character was killed off in season seven. Announcing her departure she shares:

She is married musician Syd Butler, the couple have been married for 15 years and share two children together, Lyla Butler and Nigel Butler.

Recently, Carlson celebrated her son turning 10-years-old. The mother of two shared a heartfelt message to her youngest child, saying:

“Happy Birthday to Nigel! You are the sun, moon and stars to your family! Your sweet light-heartedness buoys all around you. You are loyal friend, baseball playing, ballet dancing, creative making, game loving, fantastic brother, sweetest son. May your tender and oh so kind heart continue to blossom in your next decade! Rocking his signature long blond hair, Nigel looks just like his famous mother. Getting plenty of love, Nigel also received congratulatory messages from Carlson’s fans.

Nigel's father also a sweet and short message, simply writing:

“Happy Bday little buddy- 10 looks good on you.”

While Carlson has kept herself busy with her family, since leaving “Blue Blood” almost two years ago, fans still have their fingers crossed that she will make a surprise comeback.

It is reported that Carlson hinted a possible return when she tweeted about an episode a few months ago. It is yet to be seen if she will make her highly anticipated return to the show.
