Former '19 Kids and Counting' Star Anna Duggar Shares Throwback Wedding Photo on 11th Anniversary

"Counting on" star, Anna Duggar celebrates wedding anniversary with a throwback photo of her and Josh on their wedding. Despite having their share of ups and downs, their union has stood the test of time.

Celebrating the 11th anniversary of saying "I do" to her husband, Anna shares a memorable picture of her wedding in an Instagram post.

In the image, the couple is seen in their wedding outfits, each of them holding a lit candle as they both try to light a bigger one. In the lengthy caption of the photo, Duggar writes about how they've waxed stronger despite the sorrows they've experienced.

The mother of 5 also reveals they're expecting another child later this year and she looks forward to growing old together with Joshua.

THEIR MARRIAGE HAS NOT BEEN A BED OF ROSES

In 2015, her husband was dragged after the reports of a sealed record revealed he molested five underage girls, four of which were his siblings while he was in his teen years.

The Duggars tried to hide the scandal and maintain decorum on the sexual abuse subject. Their effort seemed futile as the report was leaked to the press and reporters of Life and Style.

After admitting on cheating on his wife, Joshua lost his job, and his series, "Counting and 19 Kids" got canceled on TLC. To get over his alleged sexual perversion, Josh had to spend a long time in a Christian rehabilitation facility.

SHE DECIDED TO STAY AND HAVE MORE BABIES

Anna had every cause to leave her then embattled union with Josh, but she stuck with her marriage and they have both worked things out.

After her husband returned from rehab in 2016, the couple welcomed a baby, Mason, who is now two years old.

Despite the backlash from the public about her stance on her turbulent marriage, the Florida-born television personality attributed her staying in the horrible marriage to their faith and God's grace.

The couple took marriage counseling sessions to give themselves a better edge to make it work out between them.

A LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL

Sometime last year, the 31-year-old television personality uploaded series of photos on her Instagram to celebrate 10years of being married to Joshua.

She further described her marriage with Joshua as a "wonderful adventure." In another picture, Anna dazzles in a pink gown, smiling as Joshua lands a kiss on her forehead.

The couple married in 2008 and have five kids together; Mackynzie, Michael, Meredith, Marcus, and Mason.
