Queen Elizabeth & Camilla Parker Bowles Step out for Rare Outing Together at Westminster Abbey
The Queen and her daughter-in-law teamed up for a rare outing to mark the anniversary of the Monarchy’s iconic Abbey.
It is a rare occurrence to have Queen Elizabeth and her daughter-in-law, Camilla Parker, stepping out together for an occasion, but that was the case on Tuesday when the two women graced a service held at Westminster Abbey.

The service was held to celebrate the 750th anniversary of Edward the Confessor’s Enshrinement in the Church, and the building of the Gothic Abbey, which for many years has served as the setting for many Royal celebrations and commemorations.
The official Instagram page of the Royal Family shared a post that had five pictures of the Queen and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.
The images showed the moment they arrived at the Abbey, as well as when the women received flowers from children. There was also a picture of the late Edward the Confessor.

QUEEN ELIZABETH AND CAMILLA LOOK ELEGANT IN THEIR DRESSES
Queen Elizabeth looked elegant in her neutral coat and wide-brimmed hat, which had pink details on it. She wore Black Hand gloves and carried a black handbag designed by Launer London.

Future Queen, Camilla was radiant as she wore a sky blue dress, with a matching headpiece. One common thing in the appearance of both women was their pearl necklaces.
The Queen and Duchess were met by Very Reverend Dr. John Hall, who is the Dean of Westminster before they made way to their designated seats in the South Lantern.
QUEEN ELIZABETH REMAINS THE MOST POPULAR BRITISH ROYAL
If a poll were conducted to decide the most popular royal among enthusiasts of the Royal Family, many would guess the younger generation members of the family would top the poll.
However, that assumption would be wrong, as results from an annual YouGov poll have revealed that Queen Elizabeth is the monarch with the highest popularity among the poll’s participants.
The 93-year-old Queen was described as being an admirable, hardworking, respected and a dedicated monarch, and garnered a massive 72% in positivity ratings.
Prince Harry came a close second to his grandmother, a feat that wouldn’t surprise many, given his humorous and fun-loving personality.

Prince Harry’s older brother, William, is third in the rankings, with his wife, Kate, coming fourth.
CAMILLA AND KATE’S SPECIAL BOND
Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, may have ranked eleventh in the popularity poll but does seem to share a close bond with Kate Middleton.
The two women have been seen together many times, and the reason for such may not be far-fetched, given that their husbands are the closest in line to become King of England.
