Wendy Williams Dons Leopard-Print Outfit as She Celebrates Receiving a Star on the Walk of Fame

Wendy Williams went all out with a leopard-print dress to celebrate getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last week. The famed TV personality partied with celebrity friends before returning to her base.

While Williams got quite emotional as she received her star on Thursday, Friday evening was for letting her hair down with friends and well-wishers.

For the outing, Williams, who is based in New York City, chose a billowy leopard-print dress with plunging neckline and loose-fitting sleeves.

Per Daily Mail, she accessorized with black shoes, a matching purse, and lots of jewelry. Wavy blond hair and a generous amount of makeup completed Williams’ ensemble.

"Guess who's having squinty FUN?!" she captioned a photo of herself in the leopard-print dress, flanked on the right by Drake's dad and on the left by another man.

Williams seems to be a fan of the leopard-print look, as she modeled a sultry version a few months ago while attending a fundraiser benefitting LGBTQ youth.

According to Daily Mail, the 55-year-old TV host’s celebratory dinner party on Friday took place at the luxurious Catch restaurant in West Hollywood, California, and was hosted by her famous friend Jason Lee.

Fellow TV host and actor Nick Cannon and Kardashian pal Larsa Pippen were among those invited to Williams’ big bash. Cannon wore a black leather jacket with pink graffiti, matching hoodie, jeans, and laced boots.

Pippen, on the other hand, joined Williams on the animal print trend with a metallic silver zebra print jacket, a black tank top, leather shorts, and thigh-high leather boots. The party also reportedly had a special 5-tier cake designed with Williams’ picture.

On Thursday, Williams received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and got emotional while reflecting on her tough year.

"The elephant in the room is that I’ve been having a very, very tough year," she said. "Slowly but surely, I’m climbing out of the pit, and this is one of those monumental days that makes me say, 'you know if you don’t believe in yourself, who’s gonna believe in you?'"

The past year has seen Williams file for divorce from her husband of almost 22 years and battle various medical conditions, including lymphedema, a swelling of limbs as a result of lymph fluid buildup under the skin.
