After coming back on the show to replace Adam Levine on season 17 of "The Voice," Gwen Stefani is already leaving the show again.

Enjoying her last few episodes, she shares a picture with her fellow co-stars, she captions the image:

Family is the appropriate hashtag for the tight bond the coaches have formed while working together on the show. Kelly Clarkson jokingly referred to Stefani and her boyfriend, Blake Shelton as the "mom and dad" of the group, she explains their dynamic as coaches saying:

"I love every time mom and dad argue…They don't argue. I've never seen y'all argue. I don't even know if they do argue. They have this really cool relationship that's fun to watch. It's a really nice breath of fresh air."

This season Stefani has been noticeably competitive with Shelton. It is reported, she is hoping to snag a win at the end in the finale. Speaking about Stefani's competitive nature, Shelton says:

"You know, she wants to win and I want to win and that's what they pay us to do on this show is to try to win the show. It's harder for [Gwen]. She's not, she's not competitive. She'll be the first to tell you right up until it gets competitive and then all of a sudden she is."

After returning for only one season, Stefani is leaving "The Voice" to focus her "Just a Girl" Las Vegas. Commenting on her departure she says:

"I didn't expect to be doing [the Vegas show] and 'The Voice' at the same time. I just feel like I'm alive in a way I've never been before, because I have to be! Because doing both is a lot."

"The Voice," season 3 winner Cassadee Pope admits she understands the demands of Stefani's career saying:

"I think everybody at some point has to decide either or…I know The Voice is really demanding and there's two seasons a year. I think if you wanna focus on something else and really focus on it full time, that's probably a good decision."
