Keke Wyatt Sings at Her Own Winter Wonderland-Themed Baby Shower and Impresses with Her Vocal Talent
Friends and family of Keke Wyatt recently surprised her with a baby shower for her 10th child, and she proved everyone that having a huge baby bump does not impede a woman with powerful vocals to share her talent.
The R&B singer took to Instagram on Monday to share pics from her Winter wonderland-themed baby shower, and she looked stunning donning a white dress, silver hoop earrings, and her curly hair styled in a big mane.
A musical baby shower
And although Keke’s look certainly was on point, it was her vocals that stole the show and turned the celebration into a musical extravaganza.
The 37-year-old brought the house down while singing “My First Love” in front of her guests, and she hit those high notes effortlessly and while cradling her huge baby bump, as seen on a video shared by a guest.
According to Wyatt, her manager told her she was being honored at an event, but when she arrived at the place, family and friends were waiting to surprise her.
Wyatt waited to have her maternity shoot pics to share the news with fans, as she posted a series of photos that enhanced her beauty and captured her pregnancy glow.
Among her guests, there were her nine other children, her mother Lorna Wyatt and Keke’s celebrity friends: Tiny Harris, Tamika Scott, Nicci Gilbert, Kissie Lee, Sarah Stokes, Shekinah Jo, Juicy from “Rickey Smiley Morning Show,” and R&B singer Trey, from the hit group Ar'mon & Trey.
Sharing the good news
Last September, Wyatt attended the 2019 Black Music Honors and left the audience in awe of her talent, earning a standing ovation from everyone in the room as she sang her heart out on stage.
And while it was impossible for the singer to hide her baby bump, she didn’t address the big elephant in the room for a few more days, when she finally took to Instagram to announce the obvious.

According to Wyatt, Ford said she was “an emotional wreck” and used that as an excuse to ask for the divorce after seven years and nine children.

This will be Keke’s 10th child and her first with her new husband, Zackariah Darring, whom she married last year following her divorce from husband, Michael Ford in 2017.
“We are excited to welcome the 10th addition to our beautiful family,” Wyatt wrote on her Instagram post, adding that she will release a YouTube series about her life called “The Keke Show,” where, she explained:
“You will see me balancing wife, mommy, and artist!!! Trust me… it’s never a dull moment with my family. Love ya sugars"
Moving forward after heartbreak
Wyatt has come a long way since September 2017, when she published that infamous crying video where she blasted her ex-husband for abandoning her while she was pregnant with their ninth child, and another of their kids battled cancer.
According to Wyatt, Ford said she was “an emotional wreck” and used that as an excuse to ask for the divorce after seven years and nine children, including one from her first marriage to Rahmat Morton.

A year later, in September 2018, a visibly happier and relaxed Wyatt talked to TMZ about the man that helped her move forward and find love once again, saying:
“This man will never tell me, ‘Oh, I’m tired of dealing with you. You’re pregnant. I’m tired of dealing with this cancer. I can’t deal with you, your mouth no more."
Wyatt also revealed that her child is cancer-free, and now she's more than ready to welcome a new addition to the family.
