Diddy and Kim Porter's Children Share Touching Tributes on the 1-Year Anniversary of Her Death

Kim Porter's children remember her fondly on the day of her first death anniversary. She entrusted them to Diddy, their father who also paid tribute to her memory.

The outpour of love for Kim Porter on her first death anniversary is overwhelming especially from her children who paid special tributes to her.

Kim left behind four children, three with Diddy – Christian, and twins Jessie James and D’Lila Star, and her eldest son, Quincy Brown from another relationship.

Diddy and Kim shared 13 years together from the early 90 until their final breakup in 2007. Kim’s death was a hard blow for Diddy who considered her his soul mate even long after they parted ways.

QUINCY WEARS HIS MOTHER ON HIS BACK

Quincy went all out to honor his mother in commemorating her first year in heaven. He shared a photo of him wearing a denim jacket with a huge image of Kim’s face emblazoned at the back.

“Its been 365 days & I still don’t know what to do without you... Whatever it is I know you’ll have my back. I love you mommy,” he wrote to caption the pic.

In a separate post, Quincy looked back at his childhood sharing a throwback pic of him when he was a young boy with his mother.

“I love seeing throwbacks with my best friend for the first time...” the 28-year-old captioned the pic along with two heart emojis.

Quincy was also grateful for the amount of love sent his mother’s way in a third installment.

“The amount of LOVE y’all have shown towards my mother really fills my heart. Thank you truly,” he wrote to accompany a clip of his beautiful mom.

CHRISTIAN REMINISCES A TIME AT THE BEACH

Kim’s eldest son with Diddy, Christian also took a moment to express how much he missed his mother by sharing a memorable photo of the two of them at the beach. The 21-year-old was still a young boy at the time the pic was taken.

“I miss you and I love you so much mommy” were the words he chose to caption it.

JUSTIN REMEMBERS KIM'S WARM HUG

Diddy’s son from another relationship, Justin Combs was also nostalgic about Kim’s death. He expressed his love for her by sharing a clip of the model embracing him when he was just a toddler.

“I LOVE YOU & MISS U SO MUCH....” the 25-year-old wrote along with a broken heart emoji.

DIDDY WISHES IT WAS ALL A DREAM

Diddy expressed his heartbreak by sharing a photo of a broken heart on Kim’s death anniversary. He later shared a clip of the 47-year-old playing the piano and was grateful for the time they shared.

“Every time I get sad I look at this video and it brings a smile to my face,” he lovingly wrote and added,

“I THANK GOD FOR THE PRECIOUS TIME HE ALLOWED US TO HAVE WITH YOU. I WISH YOU WERE HERE WITH US RIGHT NOW AND THIS WAS ALL A DREAM. I WILL NEVER GIVE UP ON THAT WISH. NEVER!!! Love you forever Kimberly Antwinette Goodwin Porter.”

Kim died last year on November 15 due to lumbar pneumonia. She had been nursing a flu at the time. She entrusted her kids to Diddy at the time to protect them from getting sick. Her final words to him were, “Puffy take care of my babies.”
