Snoop Dogg Glows with Happiness in New Photo with Granddaughter Wearing a Velvet Costume

Snoop Dogg shares a photo of him and granddaughter looking happy and relaxed, and fans can’t help but gush at the image.

In a move that caught fans by surprise, rapper Snoop Dogg shared an image of him and his granddaughter, Journey, spending quality time together on his Instagram.

The grandfather-granddaughter duo appears relaxed as they posed for pictures that show the tot looking like a princess in her onesie and headband.

The post, which Snoop captioned “Grandpas C. C.,” has garnered over 500,000 likes since he shared it.

Unsurprisingly, fans complimented the tot in the comment section as somebody mentioned that she would turn out as “bad” as her grandfather.

Another fan said that Snoop, who is wearing a scarf, looked like “somebody’s auntie and grandma all in one.”

Snoop isn’t the only one who can’t keep away from Journey as her mother, Phia Barragan, also took to Instagram to share pictures of the tot.

In the first image, Journey is sitting with the family’s dog on a couch while the second image is a sweet pic of Journey staring at the camera.

The toddler is rocking a white onesie, which she pairs with a black headband. Phia shares Journey with Cordell Broadus, who is Snoop’s second-oldest son.

The Jasmine Brand broke the news that the duo was expecting their first child together, back in January.

Cordell went even further by announcing the baby’s gender by stating, “Issa Gurl.”

Phia, on the other hand, shared a snapshot from her maternity photoshoot with the caption:

“I’ve loved you before I knew you. You were a dream that came to life. Life will be challenging, but I promise to be there to hold your hand as long as I live. You are everything and more to me. I love you so much already baby girl. See you real soon.”

The news of the baby’s arrival came during the difficult time that the family experienced after the death of Kai Love.

According to Essence, Kai was the son of Snoop’s eldest son, Corde, who died ten days after his birth. Corde made the news public by sharing that his late baby boy brought “light and positivity” to the world.

Snoop’s wife, Shante Broadus, also paid tribute to her grandson by singing a verse from The Dells’ song “The Love We Had Stays on My Mind.”

Although the cause of death remains unknown, fans sent their love to Snoop and his family.
