Jennifer Lopez from 'Hustlers' Says Strength She Sees in the Women in Her Family Keeps the Singer Going
Jennifer Lopez's new fragrance is already making waves and the actress is giving the credit for the ingenuous perfume to the women in her life.
In an exclusive interview with Daily Mail, the "Maid in Manhattan" star shared some facts about her new brand.
''My mother, sisters, and daughter. The strength I see in each and every one of them every day is what keeps me going."
Her mother, Guadalupe, is 73 years old and her two sisters Leslie and Lynda, are doing well for themselves in their chosen fields.
While Leslie is Jennifer's senior and a homemaker, Lynda, is the last child and chose a spotlight job like her older sister. She is into journalism.
Jennifer's daughter, Emme, is ten and is the twin sister of Max. The "Hustlers" star also parents fiancee, Alex Rodriguez's daughters, Ella and Natasha.
When asked about her motivation behind the unique name of her fragrance, Lopez said:
"When we started to think of the concept for my next perfume, I kept going back to the phrase “a brand is a promise,” something that Warren Buffet told me at dinner a few years back. Everything I put out in the world needs to be a promise, and I thought it was the perfect time in my life to name a fragrance Promise."
According to Oprah Magazine, JLo's sisters are fond of the celebrity, and once when Oprah put them on her "Oprah Winfrey Show," the Lopez sisters spoke beautifully about their star sibling. Leslie recalled cheerfully:
"As a kid, Jen was the ring leader. Anything that was concocted was usually her idea; She's always my sister. She's a famous movie star to all of you, but not to me. She's still my sister. She's still my little pain in the butt sister."
Lynda also chipped in that JLo would always be her "goofball sister."
The two were photographed enjoying a sisterly moment as they shared a pair of earphones.
A-Rod wasn't left out as he and his daughters also paid a visit to his partner on the set of the crime drama.
