Joey Fatone from 'NSync Filed for Divorce Earlier This Year after Nearly 15 Years of Marriage to Kelly Baldwin

Joey Fatone, who is best known as a member of the boyband NSYNC, filed for divorce in May 2019 after almost 15 years of marriage to his high-school sweetheart, Kelly Baldwin.

In June of 2019, Fatone revealed to Us Weekly at the Critics' Choice Real TV Awards that they have gone their separate ways after petitioning for legal separation.

"I was, at one point, married, and now I am separated, going through a divorce," the singer said.

Fatone tied the knot with Baldwin at Oheka Castle on Long Island, New York, in September 2004.

The former couple, who initially met while they were still in high school in 1993, shared two daughters — Briahna and Kloey.

Fatone's rep disclosed to Us Weekly that in spite of the fact that the two are finalizing their divorce, they completely support one another and stay focused on raising their two daughters.

Rumors of their divorce began in August 2013, but at the time, Fatone brushed them off, saying they're still married and that he's profoundly disturbed about the rumors.

As reported by People, Fatone has been dating Izabel Araujo for over four years.

Araujo had been there for many significant moments in the musician's life over the past few years.

In October 2018, Araujo took to Instagram to mark her fourth anniversary.

Along with a photo of herself and Fatone posing in front of a spooky house, Araujo wrote that they initially met at Holloween horror nights and that they have been commending it consistently at the same place ever since. She added:

"Not your typical love story but I wouldn't change a thing!! Looking forward to celebrating many more with my partner in crime!"

In June 2019, Fatone and Araujo attended the Critics' Choice Real TV Awards in Beverly Hills, California, together.

E! News reported that Araujo had been there for many significant moments in the musician's life over the past few years.

She was present when the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce honored NSYNC with the 2,636th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in April 2018.

Along with a photo of herself and the band, Araujo wrote that she's very proud and incredibly blessed to be able to celebrate and honor NSYNC, which has sold between 50 and 70 million records.

Araujo was additionally by her boyfriend's side when he joined JC Chasez, Lance Bass, and Chris Kirkpatrick at 2019 Coachella for a surprise performance.
