Back in 2018, the super-private couple confessed that 50-year-old Livia had an extramarital relationship with Italian journalist Marco Brancaccia. The affair occurred between 2015 and 2016 when Livia and her 59-year-old husband were separated.

PEOPLE added that Livia and Marco were together for 11 months, but after they ended their relationship, Livia accused her lover of stalking her.

Along with Colin, the 50-year-old sued Marco in an Italian court for carrying out a "campaign of harassment." However, the Italian journalist denied the accusations, and the case was settled out of court in July 2018.

Before the settlement, Marco was officially charged with stalking after authorities found "abusive messages and emails" on his phone during the investigation, per a PEOPLE report.
