Diane Lane and Christopher Lambert Have a Daughter Who Launched a Career in Modeling

Diane Lane and Christopher Lambert's grown-up daughter Eleanor launches into a career of modeling and freelance writing.

It's evident that Eleanor is extremely proud of her famous parents based on her Instagram posts. She often shares photos with Diane and Christopher.

Of course, it was inevitable that people would notice her striking resemblance to her mother.

In 2017, Eleanor was spotted on the carpet at the annual Dior Guggenheim International Gala preparty, as reported by WWD.

She was also seen in other events with Diane, who made her screen debut in the 1979 film "A Little Romance."

According to Glamour, Eleanor is a New York City-based model with Wilhelmina and a music writer.

She signed with One Management and shot a bunch spreads for Numero Tokyo and other high-fashion mags, New York Post reported.

Eleanor also made an appearance at the Alice + Olivia presentation. Her mother is very supportive of her modeling career.

Eleanor's parents Diane and Christopher married in October 1988 in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Eleanor's inspiration for becoming a model was Kate Moss. She once said:

"I saw Kate Moss in a magazine when I was 12 years old, and I was like, 'Done.'"

However, she wasn't exactly sure what she wanted to do outside of posing for the camera.

Eleanor then found it in journalism. She first covered music at the Village Voice, and then governmental issues and social equity somewhere else.

Currently, she writes for Web sites, including Vice.com and TeenVogue.com. Speaking about the experience, Eleanor said, "It kind of shook me. I was shook for like three months, and it put me in such a state."

Eleanor's parents Diane and Christopher married in October 1988 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. They initially met in Paris in 1984 while promoting "The Cotton Club." Following a prolonged separation, they were divorced in 1994.

Diane then became engaged to actor Josh Brolin in July 2003. They tied the knot in August 2004. However, the two filed for divorce in February 2013. Their divorce was finalized ten months later.

Meanwhile, after his divorce from Diane, Christopher married Jaiymse Haft in 1999. But the two divorced after only a year.

From 2007 he was in a relationship with Sophie Marceau. They announced their separation in 2014.
