Mariah, who has just scored a #1 Billboard hit with her 25-year-old hit, "All I Want for Christmas Is You" has a lot to celebrate.

Mariah spent a week over New Year at the Juanillo Estates in the luxury community of Cap Cana in the paradisiacal Caribbean Dominican Republic.
Along for the fun, were Mariah's boyfriend Bryan Tanaka, and her 8-year-old twins, Moroccan, and Monroe.
Mariah and her family were installed in the lap of luxury in a 40,000-square-feet palace with its own private white-sand beach, and surrounded by extensive exquisite gardens.
Mariah's New Year's refuge has 9 bedrooms, a dining table that seats 24, two fully-equipped kitchens, a full staff (including chefs) and for those who don't like the beach, there is a wrap-around infinity pool.

Like any true diva, Mariah knows how to put on a show, and she splurged on quarter-million-dollar fireworks show to welcome the New Year.
The palatial estate is worth a cool $30 million, and it costs a mere $18k per night as a rental.
But since Mariah has just seen her classic Christmas hit top the Billboard charts again, it is mere pocket change. "All I Want For Christmas" has earned the diva an estimated $60 million.
