Kelly Clarkson Stuns Audience with Powerful Cover of Aerosmith's 'I Don't Want to Miss a Thing' on Her Talk Show
Winner of the first edition of American Idol, Kelly Clarkson, showed the audience that she still got it with her rendition of Aerosmith's classic, "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing."
American singer/songwriter, Kelly Clarkson, wowed the audience of "The Kelly Clarkson Show" with her rendition of favorite Aerosmith song titled, "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing."
Clarkson's self-named show has a famous section known as the "kellyoke," where Kelly entertains the studio audience with live performances of popular songs.

In previous episodes, she covered her favorite songs of Maroon 5, Aretha Franklin, among many others. On the most recent episode of the show, Clarkson performed the Aerosmith song from the 1998 blockbuster movie, "Armageddon."
The singer explored the rock-star side of her versatile voice on this one. The original song is highly commended for the impressive vocal range of the band's lead singer, Steve Tyler.

Kelly, who's proven her vocal prowess on and off her show did not shy away from the challenge. She, however, added a twist to the famous song.
Her singing was accompanied by a mini-orchestra to replace the rock and roll style of the original song. Clarkson, a soprano, really outdid herself on this one with her soft-to-heavy progression on the rendition.
A short clip of the singer's performance was posted on Instagram, with fans raving about the power of Kelly's voice in the comment section.
The mother of two has been considered by many to be one of the most remarkable vocalists of recent times. She has been on a roll since she burst into the entertainment industry in 2002 when she won the first edition of the popular singing show, "American Idol."
The vocalist then followed up in 2003 with her debut album, "Thankful," which climbed the charts across the Country and set her on a path to greatness. She has collaborated with top musical acts over the years and released eight successful studio albums.
Clarkson is also known for her philanthropic endeavors, like performing at various fundraisers and getting endorsed as the face of humanitarian organizations.
One of the highlights of her career was her performance of "My Country Tis of Thee" at The White House on the second inauguration of Obama.
Kelly Clarkson has featured in many TV specials and movies too. The talented singer and children book writer is also a voice actor. She had her breakout role as "Moxy" in 2019 film, "UglyDolls."
