‘Criminal Minds’ Shares Sweet Behind-The-Scenes Photos from the Set of the Final Season

“Criminal Minds” returned to screens for its 15th and final season in January 2020. As the end of the series draws ever closer the show took to Instagram to share sneak peeks behind the scenes of the final season.

After keeping fans entertained for over 14 years the show is ending soon. With over 300 episodes, CBS’s fan-favorite crime drama show “Criminal Minds” is set to air its final episode by the end of February 2020.

Fans have been taken on a rollercoaster ride of emotions from the first episode of the season. The series will end with a two-hour special episode on February 19, 2020.

Ahead of the end of the show, the official Instagram page for the show released a series of sweet pictures from behind the scenes of the final episode. The images were captioned:

"We’re big fans of #BehindTheScenes photos. [heart emoji] #CriminalMinds"

More than fifty-three thousand fans liked the post and over two hundred took to the comments section to share their feelings about the final season. One wrote:

"This is very cute and I am going to miss this show very much [crying emoji]"

Another fan referred to a specific picture in the post saying that "Matthew and Joe hugging is the purest thing in the world." Another fan wrote:

"I'm going to miss all of you guys. I love watching all the shows over and over again."

The whole cast returned for season 15. Amongst those who have returned were David Rossi (Joe Mantegna), Spencer Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler), Emily Prentiss (Paget Brewster), and Penelope Garcia (Kirsten Vangsnes).

Jane Lynch also returned as Reid’s mother along with Hallmark star Rachael Leigh Cook being hired as a possible love interest for Reid. Executive producer Erica Messer also intends to bring back old fan favorites during the season.

The cast has finished filming the series finale and fans are now eagerly awaiting the last few episodes of the show.
