BABY FEVER
Speaking to the show's co-host, Lauren Zima, Maksim shared he would love to welcome a baby girl into the family.
"I want a girl. I want a girl more than anything, and if it's going to be another boy, it's going to be incredible. But I'm the girl dad."
Meanwhile, Peta shared that she would love to expand her family in the near future. While she and her husband wholeheartedly adore their little boy, they would love to experience how raising a girl child is like.
According to Maksim, he realizes how valuable it is to grow up with siblings and he wants the same for his son. He doesn't want him to be an "over-attended" kid, especially since he and his wife adore him so much and then there are his grandparents who love him no less.
PARENTHOOD BROUGHT THEM CLOSER
Peta went on to share with "ET" about how parenthood brings two partners closer than ever before. She loves how it is not only about raising a child but also about doing it together as a team.
"No matter how you look at it, having a child, you spend way more time together."
Previously, the pro dancer shared with "Life & Style" that she would love to have a baby girl in the house to "balance out" the testosterone in her house. Even then she said that she didn't want to wait too long.
For now, the couple seems to be happy raising their son Shai. They have been head over heels in love ever since they first met in 2009. Back then, they were cast in the Broadway production of the movie "Burn the Floor."
THEIR HISTORY
The lovebirds weren't quick to fall in love after they first met. In fact, Peta thought Maksim was arrogant when she first met him. But soon, she started to like him because he wasn't arrogant after all.
Years later, the duo started dating in 2012 after Maksim broke off his engagement with "DWTS" pro Karina Smirnoff. Meanwhile, Peta was in a relationship with her "DWTS" costar Damian Whitewood.
