Kathie Lee Gifford of 'Today' Fame Shares Photo From Wedding Dress Shopping With Engaged Daughter Cassidy

Kathie Lee Gifford gushed over her daughter, Cassidy Gifford and her fiancé’s upcoming nuptials by showing off Cassidy in a white lace dress at a special event she had thrown for the future newlyweds.

Kathie Lee Gifford shared her excitement as she joined Cassidy Gifford's and her bridal party at a boutique to help her daughter pick her dress.

While she didn't give her followers a peek of the dress, she certainly showed off her glowing smile; a sign that the right dress was picked on Saturday.

Kathie has the final stretch with Cassidy for her upcoming wedding with Ben Wierda. Ahead of their special day, the mother of the bride-to-be couldn't help celebrating the couple, in her caption she wrote:

"What a special night showering these two with love!"

In the picture, Cassidy and Ben stand arm in arm as they showed off their best smiles for the camera while holding up a drink from the celebrations that were being held in their honor.

The future bride looked angelic in a white v-neck dress that hugged her figure perfectly and hung mid-length in a mermaid style.

Cassidy had her long blonde hair curled in loose waves and styled in a natural parting to one side. Taking notice of the uncanny resemblance to her famous mother, one fan said:

However, the television personality is used to being in the spotlight when she's in front of the camera, so she might have wanted the moment to only be about the young couple.

Kathie told Closer Weekly that Cassidy will be tying the knotting June. She joked that after paying for her daughter's wedding, she is lucky that she doesn't have to for son, Cody's wedding.

Cody is also getting married this year, so she has her hands full preparing for both of her children's big days.
