Age is certainly just a number for Jada Pinkett-Smith's mom, Adrienne Banfield-Jones, as she turned heads on the red carpet of the 51st NAACP Awards in a sexy black dress.
It was an amazing night for the celebration of black excellence at the 51st NAACP Awards, which took place at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on Saturday in Pasadena, California.
[The Red Table Talk] highlights topics from various aspects of life, ranging from motherhood to love to family, and even Adrienne's disapproval of Jada's white ex-boyfriends.
Celebrities strutted the red carpet in their best fits, and among them was Adrienne Banfield-Jones.
The grandmother-of-three attended the occasion in a tight black dress with a plunging neckline, paired with a black clutch purse and heels to match.
Adrienne was out there serving goals to the delight of guests at the award show as well as her fans, as one of them commented:
"Looking fabulous for the camera Gammy, you slay❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"
At 66 years, slaying and serving body goals seems to be a lifestyle for the "Red Table Talk" co-host.
"You put a lot of sizzle on 65! I love you, Mommie ?."
The video showed Adrienne with a set of huge biceps, and although Jada meant it as a joke, the proud grandmother really does take fitness very seriously, as seen in another Instagram post.
It hasn't always been rosy for the fitness-savvy grandma, as the Baltimore Sun reported that host and executive producer of "The Red Table Talk," Jada Pinkett-Smith, shared details of her family's history with alcohol and substance abuse on one of the episodes of the talk show.
Banfield-Jones also talked about her 20-year struggle with heroin addiction.
Twenty-eight years sober, the 66-year-old revealed that it took her six years to get the first full year down. This signified the beginning of her journey to sobriety.
The multigenerational talk show highlights topics from various aspects of life, ranging from motherhood to love to family, and even Adrienne's disapproval of Jada's white ex-boyfriends.
Adrienne did admit that she had some regrets about her approach and said that she feels bad about that.
