Sarah Jessica Parker Warms Hearts in New Photo with Her Husband Matthew Broderick from Boston Theatre
The "Sex and the City" star Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband, Matthew, posed for a picture at the Emerson Colonial Theatre in Boston marking the end of their Broadway play "Plaza Suite."
Actress Sarah Jessica Parker rarely shares a photo with her husband, Matthew Broderick, but when she does, fans are always delighted. Recently, the "Sex and the City" star shared a photo of herself along with her husband and some friends on Instagram.
The actress and her husband were in Boston for a few weeks for their show "Plaza Suite" which had been going on at the Emerson Colonial Theatre.
A BROADWAY KIND OF LOVE
Fans were ecstatic to see the lovely couple together. Although they aren't the ones to share pictures of themselves on social media every now and then, the duo has enjoyed a happy marriage for over two decades.
Sarah and Matthew first met on Broadway. Although they have good careers in the movie and television industry, the duo actually got their start as Broadway performers when they were young.

Back then, Sarah's brothers, Pippin and Toby, had helped start a Broadway theatre company named the "Naked Angels" and Matthew was involved in the same.
Before she met Matthew, Sarah was in a relationship with Robert Downey Jr. The pair called it quits in 1991 and shortly after the breakup, of the actress' brothers introduced her to Matthew.
HOW THEY FIRST MET
After knowing each other for some time, Sarah and Matthew started dating. Neither of them dreamt about being famous or earning a lot of money when they first went out.
As Sarah revealed in an interview with "Harper's Bazaar," All they wanted was to enjoy the work they were doing and be around good people.

After six years of dating, Sarah and Matthew decided to walk down the aisle, but they initially didn't share their wedding plans with their friends and family.
The couple tied the knot on May 19, 1997, in the presence of 100 guests. Sarah didn't choose a traditional wedding dress for her big day. Instead, she went for a black ruffled dress from Morgane Le Fay.

KEEPING THE SPARK ALIVE
The happy couple welcomed their first child, James Wilkie, in 2002. They waited another seven years to have their twin girls, Tabitha and Marion, through a surrogate.
Every marriage is full of highs and lows, but Sarah and Matthew have managed to keep the spark alive to this day. They often step out for date nights and go for Broadway performances with their kids.
