Jennifer Lopez received the sweetest tribute from Alex Rodriguez to celebrate the first anniversary of their engagement, wherein he called "every moment" with the Latin star a "blessing."

The former baseball pro made sure to express how he feels about his wife-to-be Jennifer Lopez in the heartwarming video he shared to celebrate the date they became engaged a year ago.

The video clip is filled with sweet moments the couple shared during the last year, and plays off to "My Girl" by The Temptations. In the caption, the 44-year-old expressed how he felt about proposing to Jennifer on a Beach in the Bahamas, and wrote:

" I was a nervous wreck, more nervous than my entire playing career, I got down on one knee and asked you a question… you said yes ❤️."

Thanking Jennifer for improving his life and making unforgettable memories together, Alex considers himself "so lucky" to have the Latin diva in his life and added:

"Jennifer, every moment with you is a blessing. You are my best friend, my inspiration, an amazing mother, and a role model to all. I love you."

While the couple is serious about their love for each other, they do share their fun side with fans from time to time. Most recently, the pair showcased their playfulness as they joined the TikTok craze and participated in the "Flip the Switch" challenge.

Dancing to Drake's song "Nonstop" in front of a mirror, Jennifer wore a fitted white dress while Alex stood next to her motionless dressed in a dark blue blazer while filming her moves.

As the lyric "I just flipped the switch" came to pass, the couple's roles suddenly reversed and humorously showed them having switched outfits.

Jennifer stood quietly recording in the blue blazer, while Alex rolled his hips dancing to the song wearing the white dress with a straight face.

Little did Jennifer know back in 2005, when she met Alex in a tunnel at Shea Stadium for the first time, that he would become her biggest supporter and the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with.

Both Alex and Jennifer were still in relationships at the time, and it wouldn't be until 2017 that they would run into each other at the Beverly Hills Hotel, setting in motion the beginning of a beautiful love story.

Since Jennifer Lopez just came out of a busy time, having performed at the Super Bowl and completing her latest movie "Hustlers," the Latin star is ready to focus on her upcoming nuptials with Alex.

The pair have always wanted a big family, and they are eager to "cement" their families together officially. With little details available about their wedding, Alex did let a few details slip, like having to "be on a long flight" to get to the location.
