Julianne Hough's Husband Brooks Laich Cooks Breakfast for Her after Rumored Breakup

After the rumored breakup, Brooks Laich took to social media to share that he made breakfast for his wife, Julianne Hough.

In a video he posted to his Instagram Stories on March 18, the 36-year-old former NHL star can be heard saying, "You guys, I'm using this social distancing time to work on a magical skill. I'm getting better at cooking breakfast."

Laich added that he prepared pancakes, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and tea. He also said he already has the table set.

He then shared that his "skills training" in making "fantastic breakfast" begins now. Noting that his wife Hough, 31, loves Sriracha sauce on her eggs, he added that it would be the "breakfast of all time."

Apparently, Hough appreciated her husband's efforts. "Oh, look at you!" said the former "Dancing With the Stars" judge, who was fresh out of the shower.

As reported by US Weekly, late last year, Hough was spotted without her wedding ring, sparking rumors that the couple had separated. The couple likewise shared a few cryptic quotes on social media.

BREAKUP RUMORS

In 2014, Hough began dating Laich. The two declared their engagement a year later, and they were hitched in 2017.

A source recently told PEOPLE that for months, Hough and Laich have been having problems. However, neither has publicly discussed any marital trouble. Their reps have not commented moreover.

EXPERIENCING AN ADJUSTMENT

Another insider also told PEOPLE that Hough has evolved as a person during her two years of union with Laich. Her priorities probably won't be quite the same as they were the point at which she stated "I do."
