Kelly Ripa Posts a Birthday Message for Her Lockdown Partner Husband Mark Consuelos
On Monday, “Live with Kelly and Ryan” co-host Kelly Ripa took to social media to wish her husband a happy birthday. Mark Consuelos is a year shy from turning 50.
Ripa celebrated her husband’s 49th birthday by sharing a sweet video on her Instagram account. The montage showed never-before-seen photos of the beloved couple and their family.
In the caption of her post, Ripa wished Consuelos a happy birthday and added: “There’s nobody I’d rather be locked down with than you…” The couple is currently quarantined at home together with their children.

Ripa’s birthday message to her hubby
Ripa, Consuelos, Michael, 22, Lola, 18, and Joaquin, 17, are all together at home to limit the spread of the coronavirus. The clip the television personality shared played while the song “Chienne De Vie” by Zoufris Maracas, could be heard in the background.
The images included some photos from some of the family’s tropical vacations. Some images that featured also showed the “All My Children” posing with their friends.
Sharing a shirtless pic of Mark
One picture featured Andy Cohen while others included the couple’s extended family members. Ripa also included shirtless photos of Consuelos at the end of her video for her fans.
Consuelos’ responds to his wife’s post
In response to the birthday message, the “Riverdale” actor commented: “Grazie Amore.” Last Friday, the “Hope and Faith” alum’s daughter, Lola, opened up on “Live with Kelly and Ryan,” about “being under lockdown” with her parents and siblings.
Co-hosting talk show from home
Ripa co-hosts the show with television personality, Ryan Seacrest. The pair is currently co-hosting the talk show from their respective homes.
Lola appreciates the family time
The teenage girl revealed: “Um … it’s honestly not as bad as I thought.” Lola also confessed that she thought they were “very lucky” to be home together because it allowed them to have more “family time.”
Paying tribute to John Callahan
On Monday’s episode, Ripa also took the time to pay tribute to fellow “All My Children” co-star, John Callahan. While trying to fight back tears, the star called the late actor “a very dear friend.”
