Tamera Mowry from 'Sister, Sister' Breaks Sweat during Outdoor Med Ball Workout Session While in Quarantine
The actress and TV host went only outside her backyard to try some exercising amid this period indoors because of the pandemic. She asked her fans to give her some ideas on different ways to stay in shape without a gym.
Just like many celebrities who must be indoors amid the coronavirus pandemic, Tamera Mowry needs to stay in shape since it’s not possible for her to go to her favorite gym as she usually does.
That’s why she is doing some exercising right outside her backyard and she shared it on her Instagram.
Tamera has always a very fresh and joyful look on her posts, and that’s how she shows herself working out amid social distancing. In the video, she also wrote to her fans to help her with some ideas for exercising at home.
“The workouts don’t stop!!! Trying to keep myself on track, but missing the gym and @juicechapman_ @xclusive_speed. I can’t wait to get back! What are you guys doing at home to #workout? Leave me some ideas please."
NOT AFRAID OF AGING
“The Real” talk show host apparently has no shame on showing herself as natural as she is, and she’s proud of it.
Tamera recently took to her Instagram to post a picture of her silver hairs prominent at her hairline.
“Hello grays. No getting my hair done during #socialdistancing, and I’m okay with it!” she wrote.
Being a former child actress, Tamera could felt tempted to maintain her youthful looks for as long as possible, but actually she wouldn’t go out of her way to hide the natural fact that she is about to become a middle-aged woman.
During this quarantine, Tamera (and many women can relate to this) hasn’t had access to the regular beauty enhancements she uses, and that has prompted her to embrace her incipient gray hair, which only adds to her timeless beauty.
SINGING
This quarantine period has also helped the actress explore her lesser-explored talents, so she gladly shared a video of herself singing in the bathroom, saying that it’s her favorite place to do it.

Besides singing charmingly a song from Lady Gaga, she wrote to her fans:
“This is one of my fav songs. Love me some @ladygaga. She also is a fan of our brandy from @housleynapa. Love you guys. #shallow.”
While some of the public might be surprised by this side of this actress-turned-TV show host, her true (and older) fans would remember Tamera as the voice from the theme song of the series that made her famous decades ago.
SISTER, SISTER
Tamera and her twin sister, Tia Mowry, are well known for the hit 90’s show “Sister, Sister”, on which the two also debuted as singers, performing the show’s iconic theme song and singing in character in a few episodes.
Tia and Tamera started their careers together, playing onscreen sisters for five years and growing up in front of the cameras, and there is no doubt that they have always been very close to each other.
That’s why it’s been so hard for both to be apart during this time of social distancing.
To help spread the message about staying home, Tia has taken to Instagram to show pictures of her loved ones, telling her fans that she is not leaving her house to protect them, and encouraging them to do the same.
