Christy McGinty of 'Little Women: LA' Thanks Fans for Support after Her 2-Week-Old Baby Died

Reality star, Christy McGinity, showed gratitude to her fans in a new post as she thanked them for displaying love following her baby's passing.

"Little Women: LA" star, Christy McGinity welcomed a baby daughter earlier in March, but the new mom's joy was short-lived after the infant passed on when she became two-weeks old.

Now, the star mom is finally gaining the strength to face fans and thank them for the love and support during the trying time.

HOLDING UP

On her Instagram page, the TV personality shared a heart-tugging photo that could draw anyone near tears while she penned her appreciation in the caption. McGinity wrote:

"Since our sweet Violet passed away, it's been so hard grieving over her. We have received so many heartfelt prayers…"

The LA star went on as she talked about the kind words and hood gestures received from friends and family before finally thanking her supporters. The image she shared was a surreal photo of baby Violet's feet in her parents' palm.

FANS WERE EMPATHETIC

Going by the comments, many fans could feel the sadness of the star, and they made concerted efforts in calming her and penning words of encouragement.

Baby Violet is the couple's first child together, but McGinity has kids from an earlier relationship.

Another sympathetic follower added: "I'm so sorry, Christy...I pray for you and baby Violet in heaven." With all the love bursting on the timeline, the celebrity mom would have felt better.

VIOLET'S BIRTH

Christy and her boyfriend, Gonzalo Carazo, became parents to the first child together earlier in March. The little one had arrived weeks before the assumed date, and she weighed three pounds, fifteen ounces, and 15 inches.

Following her birth, the happy couple shared some photos showing off their mini-me. Carazo also shared a video of him happily signing the infant's birth certificate. But two weeks after, the couple announced her passing.

RELATIONSHIP TIMELINE

Before making it official, the two stars were friends for a long time, but in 2019, they decided to become lovers and, in the same year, made it known that they were expecting.

Baby Violet is the couple's first child together, but McGinity has kids from an earlier relationship. Her kids, Autumn and Trenton, came from her marriage to Todd Gibel.

The "Death to the Smoochy" star and Gibel.tied the knot back in 2014 at Laguna Beach. The ceremony was televised on "Little Women: L.A." However, in 2019, McGinity requested an annulment
