Pop star turned powerhouse mum Jesy Nelson gave fans a rare and heart-melting glimpse into her life with twin daughters Ocean Jade and Story Monroe — and the internet could barely handle the cuteness.

On Wednesday morning, January 14, the former Little Mix singer took to Instagram to share a series of candid photos from a peaceful winter walk.

The babies looked snug as can be in their stroller, bundled under blankets and wearing matching beanies, with nasogenetic tubes taped carefully in place through their noses.

In the photos, Ocean and Story appear calm and comfortable as Nelson, 34, made sure they stayed warm and cozy for their outing — and fans were far too busy swooning over the adorable twins to be anything but delighted.

The singer captioned the image simply, "Winter walks 🥰." But the reaction was anything but simple — fans exploded with love.

"Ah 2 little beauties bless them," one cooed. "They look like full babies now. They are growing🥹🥹," another gushed.

"Their beady eyes," marveled a third. "Oh god they sre so cuteeeeee. Zion's genes didn't even try [sic]," someone else raved.

A second shot from behind showed Nelson pushing the stroller beside a loved one, wrapped in quiet determination. But for followers, it was a moment of joy, not sorrow — a glimpse at life moving forward, love leading the way.

Just over a week ago, Nelson revealed the emotional battle she's quietly been waging behind the scenes: both twins have been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 1 — a rare, severe disorder that attacks motor neurons, causing muscle weakness and, in some cases, respiratory failure.

Nelson, who gave birth to Ocean and Story prematurely at 31 weeks in May 2025, recalled the journey that let to day she received the news with tears in her eyes.

"If it's not treated in time, your baby's life expectancy will not make it past the age of two," doctors told her.

The singer bravely shared her story in a viral Instagram video, prompting an outpouring of love from parents and fans alike — many of whom shared their own experiences with SMA.

Though only 50 children in the UK are born with SMA each year, Nelson is using her platform to fight for all of them. She has since appeared on "This Morning," passionately calling for mandatory heel-prick testing at birth, which could catch the disease earlier.

Thankfully, Ocean and Story are already receiving treatment — but they'll require intensive physiotherapy moving forward.

Still, it's clear Nelson is remaining grounded in the present, taking things one day at time.

Two tiny fighters. One unbreakable mum. Take a look at how much they've grown — and don't miss the sweet winter walk photos below.
