China McClain of 'Black Lightning' Shares Throwback Photo with Friend Kyanna Simone
Actress China Anne Mcclain shared a throwback photo on her Instagram, where she was seen hugging Kyanna Simpson. China admitted to missing her friend.
In a recent Instagram post, China Mcclain shared a throwback picture where she posed with her friend, Kyanna Simpson. In the post, the two friends were pictured hugging each other as they both smiled for the camera.
While Simpson wore a leather skirt paired with a colorful blouse, Mcclain rocked a denim skirt, which she paired with a crop top and sunglasses. The photo also had China flaunting her hair cut. She captioned it, "I miss my friend. @keesimone"

Last year, the 20-year-old revealed that she had chopped off her hair in an Instagram post. According to her, she took the step a year before she finally showed it to her fans.
China is famous for her role in Disney's "Descendants," where she starred alongside the late Cameron Boyce. Before his death in July 2019, Boyce acted as "Carlos" in the Disney franchise.
Following Cameron's death, his family released a statement where they disclosed the cause of his death.
The statement read, "Cameron's tragic passing was due to a seizure as a result of an ongoing medical condition, and that condition was epilepsy."

Speaking about her co-star's death, Mcclain revealed that his death had hit her out of nowhere. She also explained that she had been shocked to find out about Boyce's medical condition.
At the premiere of the third installment of the Disney movie, the actress confessed that she had not yet seen the movie. She also added that she was not sure she would make it through the premiere of the film.
China went on to describe Cameron as her best friend while she recalled him to be pure, innocent, and fun to be around.
With an uncontrollable flow of tears, the Atlanta native revealed that her ten years friendship with Boyce was the longest she had ever had. She explained:
"I had never kept a relationship with somebody for over ten years like that. And to see him go……..I don't know what to say about it."
The release of Descendants 3 came with an ending that featured a touching tribute to the young actor. The clip showed Cameron's acting journey from his days on the set of "Jessie," to other movies where he acted.
Boyce was also seen in a warm embrace with director Kenny Ortega while he laughed with co-star Debby Ryan.
The two minutes video also showed a scene where Cameron cracked Michelle Obama up when she made a guest appearance on "Jessie."
Cameron Boyce began his professional acting career in 2008 when he played the role of Michael Cates Jr on the TV show "General Hospital: Night Shift." He also starred in movies like "Grown Ups" and "The Legion of "Extraordinary Dancers."
