Fantasia Barrino Shares Outdoor Photos of Grown-Up Lookalike Daughter Zion Amid Pandemic

Famous American singer Fantasia Barrino is a proud mom as she took to Instagram to share a beautiful picture of her daughter Zion — the resemblance between the two is uncanny.

Fantasia Monique Barrino, known professionally by her mononym Fantasia, is an American R&B singer, songwriter, actress, and author. She rose to fame as the winner of the third season of the reality television series, "American Idol," in 2004.

The 35-year-old singer took to her Instagram page to share a montage of gorgeous photos that featured her 18-year-old lookalike daughter, Zion.

The photos featured the teenager dressed in a large black hoodie with the word "peddlers" written across the arm. She paired it with black tights and a comfortable looking slip-on.

Zion's hair was braided, and she had a nose ring that accented her beauty as much as her gorgeous smile did. Barrino captioned the post while tagging her daughter's budding Instagram account as well as her hairstylist's,

"Let's Take along Walk."

Fantasia's fans took to the comments section with positive comments that complimented the pretty girl. It also didn't escape the notice of fans that the 18-year-old looked like a carbon copy of her mom. Some even went as far as referring to Zion as her "twin."

Zion shared the photos to her Instagram page with a caption that described nature as beauty. She also uploaded several pictures to her Instagram story, where she tagged her hairstylist with the caption "knotless braids."

Barrino gifted her husband with a song dedicated to him while he gave her several cards and a mystery trip.

Zion is very much loved by her superstar mom, who takes every opportunity presented before her to express it. And though she may be an adult now, she will always remain mom's little girl to Barrino.

In August 2019, Zion celebrated her 18th birthday, and her mom, spurred by love for her growing daughter, took to her Instagram page to share a montage of photos as well as videos of her.

In the lengthy caption, she took her fans down the memory lane. Barrino spoke about the day her "water broke" and how it was the most frightening ordeal she could think of at the time due to her young age.

The R&B crooner also shared memories from back when Zion was still a toddler. According to her, Zion would always hit the family dog, Diva, and whenever the dog returned the favor, she would run to her screaming, "Diva said."

Of course, she often replied, saying the dog could not speak. Barrino is married to Kendall Taylor, a successful businessman. The pair got married on July 18, 2015, and asides Zion, they share a son.

The lovebirds celebrated four years of blissful marital life in 2018, where they exchanged heartwarming gifts. Barrino gifted her husband with a song dedicated to him while he gave her several cards and a mystery trip.
