Fantasia Barrino of 'American Idol' Fame Shows off Short Hair and Hourglass Figure in a Photo

Singer Fantasia Barrino takes to Instagram to share a gorgeous photo of herself, showing off her new haircut and hourglass shape.

Singer Fantasia shared a stunning picture of herself in a beautiful skin-tight dress that showed off her flawless curves. The gorgeous singer struck a pose, looking away from the camera. She captioned the image,

"Had a Great Interview from home with @gooddayny Thanks @derickuscrawford @essencemua."

Fantasia showed her fans and followers that she could redefine working from home with her impeccable style.

Her feet were encased in beautiful tan pumps while her hairstyle particularly caught the attention of many fans. The short faded haircut caused fans to gush in the comments section.

Many other fans praised her for her stunning figure and how beautiful she looked in the post, despite being home.

Fantasia and Taylor celebrated the birth of her stepson's second child.

Fantasia first rose to the spotlight in 2004 when she emerged as the winner of the third season of American idol. Several years later, the singer began to struggle while going through some dark periods in her life.

In 2010, the "When I See You" crooner reportedly attempted suicide by taking an overdose of sleeping pills and aspirin. Thankfully, she recovered and decided to use her music to reach out to fans who may have felt the same. She said:

"It's a different feeling now. The way I sing it now, I know there's someone in the audience who may be going through that."

Songs she released during those challenging years like "Lose To Win" and "Side Effects of You," came from deep within her heart when she felt the lowest.

In 2015, Barrino found love after many years of being single. She got married to her husband, Kendall Taylor, who she fondly refers to as "King Kendall."

The music star never had it easy even while growing up, and finding love was a breath of fresh air. At a young age, Fantasia got pregnant with her daughter, Zion, and had to navigate through life as a single mother.

Fantasia had, however, been previously married for a brief year to Antwuan Cook, with whom she had a son, Dallas. Kendall had also been married before and had kids from that marriage too.

In January, Fantasia and Taylor celebrated the birth of her stepson's second child. The lovebirds became grandparents together for the first time, and the singer certainly looks stunning for a grandma.
