As reported by The Blast, the teenager, who was eight when she won millions of hearts, shared a picture of herself on Instagram holding her birthday cake which led fans to start talking about how grown up she was in the comment section.

While some followers complimented her on how far she has come since 2011, others wished her a happy birthday.

The Mirror recalls that Sophia Grace's journey to fame started when she and her cousin, Rosie McClelland, uploaded a YouTube video of themselves singing Nicki Minaj's 2011 hit single, "Superbass."

The sweet moment prompted Ellen DeGeneres to invite them to appear on her show, which in turn allowed them to meet the stars of the Hollywood and music industries.

Not only did the pair get the chance to interview celebrities on red carpets and perform with A-list musicians, including Nicki, but they also landed their recurring segment, "Tea Time with Sophia Grace & Rosie."

However, fans have assumed that the pair's relationship with the TV personality has run its course as she didn't acknowledge Sophia Grace's 17th birthday.

That small mishap didn't stop Rosie from wishing the celebrant a happy birthday as she attached a heart emoji to the message of love she sent to Sophia Grace.
