Kelly Ripa Shares Photo of Husband Mark Consuelos' Dad and They Look so Similar

The "Live with Kelly and Ryan host," Kelly Ripa, took to Instagram to share a picture collage of her husband Mark Consuelos and his Dad, and the two share a striking resemblance.

Even though the TV producer is holed up in her home in self-isolation, she is still finding different ways to spread fun and laughter across social media.

With time to spare, the mother of three must-have dug deep into her archives to find the picture of her father-in-law, Saul, which she shared alongside an image of her husband.

Kelly placed the pictures side by side, and with her husband debuting what she calls a "quarantine mustache," it's hard to tell the difference between father and son.

On the left side of the image is a picture of her handsome father-in-law in a photo from 1966. While on the right side, is Mark in a recent photo taken earlier in the week. Kelly shared the photo with the caption:

"1966 vs. today. @instasuelos, the daddy doesn't fall far from the tree."

The post showed the striking similarities between the father and son, especially their strangely similar hairstyles and the air pods hanging from their ears.

Fans of the TV personality trooped to her comment section to bare their thoughts on the picture and Mark's newly grown mustache.

Meanwhile, the 49-year-old actress continued with Monday's at-home episode of "Live with Kelly and Ryan," amidst the ongoing self-isolation.

During the episode, which had her husband, Mark Consuelos, substituting for Ripa's co-host, Ryan Seacrest, the TV personality revealed that she cut her hair with a pair of kitchen scissors. Explaining to Mark, she said:

"I used kitchen scissors, we obviously don't have haircutting scissors. I cut my own hair. I didn't cut bangs, because that's…"

Mark admitted that he was a bit nervous seeing his wife use the large scissors to cut her hair instead of a pair of styling scissors.

The pair also discussed Mark's new mustache during the show, and how his teenage children think it makes him look like an aging pornstar.

Kelly, who fondly refers to her husband as "Daddy," recently revealed how she came about the name. The talented actress explained that family friend Andy Cohen had given her husband the name more than a decade ago.

Afterward, the nickname stuck, and 15 years later, she still can't keep it out of her lips or writing pad.
