STEFFIANA DE LA CRUZ'S PERSONAL LIFE

Steffiana and Kevin reportedly met on a blind date in 2001. The date must have proceeded in a truly remarkable fashion because the lovebirds moved in together shortly after their first date, and by fall 2003, the pair were engaged.

On June 19, 2004, Kevin (then 39) and De La Cruz (then 30) exchanged marital vows at St. Edward Catholic Church in Dana Point, California.

The church wedding was followed by a reception at the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach, which was attended by close family members and friends of the couple.

The happy couple has been married for 15 years and shares four children, three daughters, and a son.

Kevin James and his beautiful wife welcomed their first child, daughter Sienna-Marie James, in September 2005, and Shea Joelle James followed in June 2007.

Speaking about his experience as a first-time dad, and what it feels like to be expecting a second child, Kevin told People:

"I just love being a dad and spending time with my wife and child, and now we're having another girl. It's incredible."

In 2011, the "Kevin Can Wait" star and his wife, Steffiana welcomed their third child, a boy, named Kannon Valentine James (who is thought to have been named after James's elder brother, actor Gary Valentine, who features as his brother on "Kevin Can Wait").

In January 2015, Kevin James' wife, Steffiana, gave birth to their fourth child, daughter Sistine Sabella James. Revealing the news of the birth of his fourth child, the proud father said:

"[She's a] big girl! That's how I know she's mine. She's incredible. A really good baby and so sweet. I'm a lucky daddy ... She's like her daddy..."

Today, at ages 5 through 14, James's children and his Christian faith are a significant reason the comedian is drawn to positive, family-friendly films like the PG-rated "Here Comes the Boom," "Zookeeper," and "Paul Blart: Mall Cop."

While film critics may not be convinced with kid favorites like "Zookeeper," James isn't bothered and takes pride in making young audiences laugh. During a past interview with CNN, the actor explained:

"I want to do movies that I'm proud of where my kids, at some point, can see, and I can feel comfortable sitting there watching it with them."

Off-screen, Steffiana and Kevin live a very private life and are heavily involved in raising their kids. In 2017, Kevin made an appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," where he talked about his family's recent vacation to Montauk.

The couple enjoys spending time together and always make out time for their four children no matter how busy they get, with Kevin recently claiming that his kids travel everywhere with him and his wife.
