TAKING CARE OF ONE'S MENTAL HEALTH

Posting two close-up pictures of herself laying on the grass, Keisha reminded her fans that it's also important to take care of one's mental health. She adds that practicing mindfulness is an important thing to do, especially during these uncertain times.

STAYING AFLOAT AMID THE PANDEMIC

To Keisha, taking some time to be by herself as she laid on the grass was her way of taking care of her spirit. When she's not alone, she's often taking care of her three children with Omar, who are all at home amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Epps couple has been together for more than a decade now, and after everything they've been through together, they've made it clear that breaking up is not an option for them.

Together, Keisha and Omar raise three kids, their daughter K'Marie, born in July 2004, their son Amir, born in December 2007, and Epps' daughter Aiyanna Yasmine from a previous relationship, born in 1999.
