Tamera Mowry showed off her impressive dance moves in her kitchen while preparing some 'quarantine cuisine' with her husband, Adam Housley.

Recently, Tamera and Adam teamed up for an hour-long video she called "quarantine cuisine" as they shared their family recipe for taco Tuesday.

The video has since gotten over one million views on Instagram, and her fans have been commenting on her dance moves at the beginning of their cooking session.

Tamera admitted at the start of the video that she was feeling hyper that day, and proceeded to break out into a salsa dance in honour of their Spanish cuisine. One fan cheered her one.

"It's hurtful because my husband and I are so openly and fine with showing love, but people choose to look past love and spew hate."

As Adam and Tamera focus on their family, they don't let the negativity shake their union. When it comes to her home, Tamera revealed Natalie Morales from Today that the favourite place in their home for her family is the kitchen.

While giving her a tour, she said that it is the heart of their home because it is where everyone gathers, and so much activity happens throughout the day.
